We want you to feel confident when ordering from Favela.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive an incorrect item or an incorrect size from what was originally ordered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items or sizes that were correctly fulfilled according to the customer’s order. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details and selecting the correct size before completing their purchase.

To qualify:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be included

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery

RETURN PROCESS

Riyadh:
We can arrange a courier collection from your location.

Outside Riyadh:
Simply ship the item to our return address in Riyadh.

Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Refunds are processed within 90–120 days
